Special Projects Manager - £35,000 - Stratford upon Avon
As a significant land owner, the Heart of England Forest requires a commercially astute individual to increase income streams and maximise the revenue generation potential of the extensive and varied assets that it owns to secure sustainable funds to meet the Charity’s operational costs as it develops and grows. We would love to hear from an experienced project manager, looking for their next challenge, who is committed to conservation and enthusiastic about investing in our environment.
The role will encompass a commercial lead on the delivery of new projects along with effective estate management to protect the charity’s assets. These include holiday cottages, marina facilities, repurposing redundant farm buildings, a non-operational residential and commercial portfolio, as well as our forestry and farming infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a team player able to demonstrate proven commercial acumen and project management expertise within a land management setting, experience of regulatory compliance and with a strong attention to detail.

A leading Partnership with a high profile in the UK are continuing their progressive growth plan with key hires across its network in specialist areas of Property and Land. Advising key clients across established and new work streams, the business are looking for a talented Utilities Surveyor to join an established UK team to complete work for multi-national Clients in this sector.

The role is varied and will include delivering land rights for significant projects, leading a project team for large utilities providers including reporting and managing suppliers, and provide advice to clients on all aspects of their dealings with landowners including Licences, Easements, and Compensation.
The ideal candidate will be RICS and have a background in the Utilities sector although a broader Rural background may be considered.
The opportunity will suit a strong project management focused Surveyor who is detailed in their knowledge and approach, and is looking for the chance to progress within this growing sector within the right business.
