Special Projects Manager - £35,000 - Stratford upon Avon
As a significant land owner, the Heart of England Forest requires a commercially astute individual to increase income streams and maximise the revenue generation potential of the extensive and varied assets that it owns to secure sustainable funds to meet the Charity’s operational costs as it develops and grows. We would love to hear from an experienced project manager, looking for their next challenge, who is committed to conservation and enthusiastic about investing in our environment.
The role will encompass a commercial lead on the delivery of new projects along with effective estate management to protect the charity’s assets. These include holiday cottages, marina facilities, repurposing redundant farm buildings, a non-operational residential and commercial portfolio, as well as our forestry and farming infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a team player able to demonstrate proven commercial acumen and project management expertise within a land management setting, experience of regulatory compliance and with a strong attention to detail.

We have been instructed to source an experienced Valuation Surveyor for a high profile International Consultancy to be based in Birmingham. The business operates across all property sectors across the globe and work with many prestige clients boasting impressive results.
Working within the specialist Valuation team, key responsibilities include trading, investment, and development valuations and associated report writing, analysis of client data to prepare valuations, developing client relationships, and offering advice on operational assets.
You will liaise with colleagues across the UK office network and be an integral part of one of the fastest growing sectors within the business.
Experience of Commercial valuations is essential although it doesn’t have to be specifically trading and operational property.
You will be RICS and ideally a registered valuer, you will bring a positive and professional outlook, and have attention to detail.
